One or more of my Azure Subscriptions "Disabled" today without any prior notifications or warning. When contacted the Azure Billing support I have received the following reply.

"Thank you for providing additional information so that we could perform a supplementary review at your request.  Unfortunately, our earlier decision stands and your account will remain closed.   Please understand that we keep security checks like these in place in order to protect the quality and integrity of the Azure service.  Unfortunately, we can't share specific details regarding why an account was selected for review, or how we reached our decision to close it.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience."

Every Azure account is reviewed and if certain pre-requisites are not met, the Azure account gets blocked. For example, your Azure account may get blocked if you have used different email addresses to create many Azure accounts or if the email address used to sign up for Azure has not got all the customer's details, etc.
