I'm currently reverse-engineering a SharePoint that I just took charge over. Forgive me, for it's been quite many years since I've administered a SharePoint. Nevertheless, it's like picking up an old bike and going for a ride all over again. Here's my situation:

I have a workflow with the following parameters:

It basically updates the respective field with a "Go" or "No Go" type parameter. What I need it to also do is wait until certain conditions are met in another field i.e. Approval and Overall Status. What commands can I use to have it run the first If statement, then hold until the Approval field reads "Go Forth", and Overall Status Fields reads "Complete". My apologies if this is "simple" but I'm just getting back on the ball here and workflows weren't a huge issue last time I utilized SharePoint.
