Just wondering what the consensus is regarding the information that Azure portal provides vs Cloudyn. Take RI recommendations for example - as of today the portal advises that I can/should purchase 8 RI VM's, whereas Cloudyn advises that I can/should purchase 25 RI's.

Obviously the 25 sounds more appealing in terms of saving money, but which view is generally the more accurate?
