I want to share a dashboard in Application Insights (I am a contributor so I have the rights). When I click 'share', a mandatory (*) dropdown menu 'location' appears but it keeps loading so I can't select anything. I can select 'publish' but then I get the following message:

I've been unable to reproduce this issue and I don't see any other reports that sound similar, but I've reached out to the product team so that they are aware of the issue.  Under normal circumstances, there shouldn't be a delay in the location dropdown menu populating.
