If we deploy a SQL vm we will get default instance and we will get SSAS installed on it. If I don't SSAS and I will need named instance in that case how can I have achieve the above requirement.

You can install SQL Server on a VM that is already running instances of an earlier SQL Server version. If a default instance already exists on the VM, SQL Server must be installed as a named instance. Each instance should run on its own port so that you should be able to reference these using "IP, PORT".
