Good day, I just created a Azure Database for MySQL resource and I seem to be able to telnet to the resulting host on port 3306 from anywhere, even with a firewall rule. Is this normal behavior or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I will make the product group aware of this situation, as I am able to telnet to my MySQL instance on the same port #.
