Hello,
this one might look strange, at least it did to me. So I have several machines in 2 Azure regions:
- West UK
- France
They all have the same dimension: B2s.
They are used to run 6 pages of chrome, that simple. The OS is Win 10 Pro client.
The very strange is that the machine performance in France is way higher than the UK ones. In UK the machine struggles with 2-3 chrome pages, while in France it handles the 6 no problem. Aren't they supposed to be exactly the same, no matter the region you choose? Am I missing anything here?

If I were you, I would retest using a non-dynamic size, like DSv3 etc. 

B系列在设计上有不同的表现.

B series have varying performance by design. 

如果性能存在差异，请首先重新部署VM，以确保它在硬件上没有什么异常.如果仍然存在问题，则必须为此提供支持.

If there is differences in performance, first try a redeploy of the VM to ensure it isn't something unusual with the hardware. If there are still issues, it is something you would have to open a support case for.
