重新启动服务TermService –Force

3)将文件另存为ResetRSAkeys.ps1

Hi,
My Azure VM is no longer allowing me to connect using remote desktop. I receive error message "RDP disconnected! 4 An internal error has occurred."
I've run through all the suggested the steps on these pages

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/detailed-troubleshoot-rdp and none of them fixed the issue. The Azure VM Resource health is fine, and the VM itself is running. 

 

Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can get this resolved?

Try this: 

1) Open a blank notepad
2) Paste the following into it: 

icacls C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys /t /c > c:\temp\BeforeScript_permissions.txt
icacls C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys /t /c /grant "System:(F)"
icacls C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys /t /c /grant "NETWORK SERVICE:(R)"
icacls C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys /t /c /grant "Administrators:(F)"
icacls C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys /t /c > c:\temp\AfterScript_permissions.txt
Restart-Service TermService –Force

3) Save the file as ResetRSAkeys.ps1
4) Navigate to the Azure Portal and select the VM in question 
5) Select Extensions
6) Select Add
7) Select Custom Script Extension
8) Upload the file we just created
9) Select OK 
10) Go back to the Extensions Tab and wait for the custom script to apply (Say successful)
11) Attempt to RDP to the VM
12) If fails, attempt to reboot the machine and login
