I have a site collection with multiple sites with libraries that are all using the Document ID feature.  For some reason, suddenly many users are unable to open the document via the Document ID link (it has always worked fine in the past. I am not sure if someone made a change to cause this or what). However they are able to open it from the "normal" link.  When they use the Document ID link, they get "Access Denied" message. Is there some place these users would need to have access granted in order to use the Document ID link even though they already have access to the document?
