For approximately the last 20 hrs, I cannot access my SQL Server instance or the database on it, from the dashboard.

Consequently, I am unable to access the firewall rules to change the IP I'm accessing the server from. The server and database were created some 8 weeks ago, and this is the first time this error has occurred.

I can't connect via SSMS to change firewall rule at database level.

That means I have no access at all.
