I used to login to SharePoint 2013 Central Administration inside my VM that runs under windows server 2008 r2. But I have installed some third party tools and now when I try to login to the Central admin I will get the following error :-

Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

I run the "SharePoint 2013 Products Configuration Wizard", which mentioned that it reconfigure SharePoint successfully. But I am still getting the same above error.
