Hi 

I am new to SharePoint.

1. I have created a page called "ABC Document" in my SharePoint site.

2. I have renamed the page to "XYZ Technical Specification"

3. In the Home page's search bar

    - I tried to look for "XYZ Tehnical Specification" and I cannot find the page

    - If I type in "ABC Document" it comes up with this page "XYZ Technical Specification"

Can anyone help me resolve this issue please?

I think you might change the title of page. Even though that, you can not rename page once it is created as this is metadata.

Other alternative is that, back up page and create new page with new name and restore content from back up farm.
