Thank you for using Cloudyn and for reporting the issue. When adding an account to Cloudyn, the system will begin collecting cost and usage data and will take some time to complete this task. Per our FAQs:

Cloudyn data refresh timelines:

• 初始值:设置后，最多可能需要24小时才能在Cloudyn中查看费用数据. Cloudyn最多可能需要10天的时间来收集足够的数据以显示调整建议.

• Initial: It can take up to 24 hours to see cost data in Cloudyn after setup. It can also take up to 10 days for Cloudyn to collect enough data to display sizing recommendations.
• Daily: From the 10th to the end of each month, Cloudyn should show your data up to date from the previous day after about UTC+3 the next day.
• Monthly: From the 1st to the 10th of each month, Cloudyn may not show the finalized data from the end of the previous month.
• In General: Please wait 72 hours for data to propagate from Azure to Cloudyn before reporting a delay.
