My question is if It is possible to adopt the Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication at the user authentication to Pc after the start of the computer (first login).

MFA User authentication to PC is possible when a windows 10 device is Azure AD Joined. You cannot secure console logging with Azure MFA. MFA for interactive login isn’t in the road map at this time.
