Hi Guys,

I need your help because I'm going crazy.

I have some subsites with custom lists where I create few items and suddenly after 2-3 hours all these items are gone, deleted, and not in the recycle bin.

There must be a bugged custom scheduled powershell script or a custom workflow but how can I find it? we have many scripts or workflows that can potentially be bugged and do this, is there a way to have more information about which process/script/event is doing this?

I already enabled the Audit Reports in the SiteCollection, but there are not useful info apart of the timestamp of the delete action.

Any help would be great.

Hi Emilio,

If its feasible, you can deploy a event receiver for item delete over that list get some metadata over the delete atleast the time / who is deleting it.

You can then narrow down the processes that runs -> populate data again, re-run all of them manually and find the one which deletes this data.
