In our SharePoint 2013 we are importing all user properties except the user profile pic which we are exporting from SharePoint to AD. Also there are few custom user profile properties created in SharePoint to import the required details from AD. We have 16000+ profiles in SharePoint 2013.

Now we have seen that around 50% users' details  are mismatched from AD to SharePoint. Kindly let us know if I can run full sync to fix this issue because the incremental sync didn't helped us on this.
