有人可以帮我解决这个问题吗?

We are trying to connect MS.net 3.5 version with oracle 10g app server in win 7 home basic 64bit processor and failed.But the above configuration is working with 32 bit processor.
Can anyone help me to come out of this problem ?

just try to access Run as Administrator...! but before that Re-install database and then .Net
Note:- First install Database and then .Net..!
Definatly it will work!
