Read all your customer details keeping a note of the lowest and highest values of the latitudes and longitudes. When you have read all the data you can calculate the limits of your map (relative to lat and long), and scale it to fit your window or screen. Then map all customer locations onto the scaled map and draw a dot or other picture at the intersects.
