Last night, i chage my XP''s Administrator password. and now i Failed to remember it.
how can i logged in to Win XP.

There is no another user exist. Googled suggest me to boot OS with command prompt, delete SAM, SAM.LOG file. and your window will ask you for authentication.

will that work ? any other solution ?
