Reviewing existing literature is one of the basic skills which come with many kinds of real education such as scientific or engineering.

Asking such question on the site like CodeProject is almost the same as asking: "My VB6 programming activity requires a lot of calories and hard work combined with good rest. Please explain to me how can I organize getting nutritious food and sleep schedules for me to achieve good results in my work and avoid harm to my health. Any suggestions will be of great appreciation.".

Some might volunteer to give you some advice on these topics, but I doubt it can be aligned with the mission of this site. :-)
