Hi,

I am completely naive in you-tube API development, so I need your help to step forward.
Actually my intention is to enhance the feedback process of you-tube, so that we can give feedback of the specific point in time, not of whole video.

For example if I like the video at 4min and 3 sec, then the feedback should of that specific time, it should not be of whole video.

Kindly help me how to make wrapper to implement this. and how to start as I am completely new here.
