我已经准备好安装Visual Studio 3.5，现在我想对其进行升级

I had allready installed Visual Studio 3.5 now i want to upgrade it for
"SP1" ihad download installer for "SP1" as .exe file with name "VS90sp1-KB945140-ENU.exe" but when i execute the file it runs but and it start the download for "SP1".After half or more download it will blow the msg that
"Installation Failed" and some log file link is given. Actually i want to upgread it to silverligth, and MSchart control installation.

So please can anybody help me to figurout this problem, or can anybody tell me the pre-requisits for installation of "SP1"
