I was able to resolve this issue by changing

IPAddress ipAddress = ipHostInfo.AddressList[0];

IPAddress ipAddress = ipHostInfo.AddressList[2];

事实证明, AddressList [0] 返回IPv6地址,而在Python中, socket.gethostname()返回IPv4地址.

It turns out AddressList[0] returns IPv6 Address and in Python socket.gethostname() returns IPv4 address.
