I installed visual studio 2012 and devexpress 13.1. As Visual studio started, it generated an error shown by this attached image. Please help me :)

I started to see this on a fresh Windows & VS 2013 Ultimate with Update 2 installation (although others have also reported it on Updates 3 and 4, as well as the Professional version).

To resolve the problem, close all Visual Studio instances, then delete all files in the following folder:

C:\Users\<your users name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\ComponentModelCache
