视觉工作室加载非常慢 [英] visual studio loading very slow

为什么花费很多时间在只包含一个项目的visual studio 2010中加载解决方案。它显示消息为加载项目1的1 ....但直到它工作正常的2天。 它还需要超过15分钟来构建并运行
项目。任何人都建议为此解决方案 

why it is taking much time to load solution in visual studio 2010 which contains only one project . it shows message as loading projects 1 of 1....but till 2 days before it was working fine.  it is also taking more than 15 minutes to build and run the project.can anybody suggest a solution for this

制作一个新项目而不再做任何事情了。尝试构建和运行需要多长时间。

Make a new project and do not anything more. Try how long it takes to build and run.

The time difference makes if there is something wrong in your project/computer or that it can be another case.
