Each unit of my list can run in my workflow separately from the other

The fifth unit of my list in on the activity 2 and the second unit of my list is on the activity 4

In fact, I would like to manage a lot of data. But they are in a group. Thay can have their own life, waiting for a a validation or being validate...

Is it possible ?

The correct solution within workflow is to have each one running in it's own instance. The "list" is all the running workflows of the same type. At my work we go as far as to call each workflow definition a queue because essentially that's what they end up being.
