We have a very larg with emplyer information on SharePoint - we also have about 6 workflows when a user is created or modification has beed made.

The next thing is we need to send a reminder to the person who has created the user if any documantion is missing.

Ex。

You can do this using sharepoint designer workflow but there are a few considerations...

You need a Workflow Manager farm/installed on SharePoint server so you can create a SP2013 site workflow that does looping, which can include a Pause for 1 week step.

You would need to use the Call a HTTP Web Service action to fetch items from the list in batches.

If your list will grow to >5000 items (list view threshold value) then you will need to ensure that the workflow runs during the window where the threshold is ignored (also set in central admin | web application settings | throttling).
