I couldn''t agree more! I had an interview 6 months ago for a classic ASP position and literally told the interviewer that I hadn''t done any ASP classic for quite some time > 1 year. They had 6 interviews to do and I was the first. I was called with an offer < 5 minutes after the last interview. I think when you sit down for an interview the way you conduct yourself is just as if not more important than your skill set. They already know what you can do from your resume, they want to know how you will fit in with the company. I think we should start a thread and post some questions IT persons are likely to be asked during an interview.

One last thing I''ve noticed, from some interviews. When you go to an interview make sure you are dressed properly. For me that is Business Professional (Suit & Tie).
