Dear All,

Recently we are facing issues with the SharePoint 2013 open with explorer in which if we try with http://sharepoint.com.sg/Shared Documents/ it is not showing any result but the windows explorer window opens. (as blank)

But when we change the url in the windows explorer from "http://sharepoint.com.sg/Shared Documents/ " to "http://sharepoint/Shared Documents/ ", it is working fine.

We have checked the trusted sites settings, AAM rules all are fine.

Please help to update the resolution as this is really urgent from our end to fix.
