I have noticed that the previous versions of Microsoft's SharePoint Migration Tool used to support the selection of Pages library but the current (v3.x) does not have pages library in its dropdown selection.

What is the reason?

Can anybody please advice?

I don't think so it should be there in any version, Please Make sure you have enough permissions.
