I am trying to migrate some SharePoint 2013 sites into SharePoint online using Microsoft's migration tool. Some sites work without issues however other sites give me a "cannot get document library" error. When looking into the tools logs I see and error about a list template not being installed on the farm. Anyhelp with this error would be greatly appreciated.

there are many Template IDs which are not supported by SPMT.  Please read this article and see if your template is supported or not: SharePoint List Templates supported by the SharePoint Migration Tool
