Working in Azure, I have created 2 virtual networks, admin and DMZ. They each have 1 subnet, also named admin and DMZ.

I want to have a RHEL VM with 2 NICs, one connected to admin and one connected to DMZ virtual networks.

The portal will not let me create a network interface on any virtual network other than the first one the VM is connected to.

Azure中的虚拟网络提供了你的界限隔离。手段，一个VNET中的资源将无法在内部（使用私有IP地址）与其他VNET通信，而无需站点到站点/对等。 

Virtual Network in Azure provides your the boundary of isolation. Means, resources in one VNET will not be able to communicate to the other VNET internally(using private IP address) without Site to Site/ peering. 

在您的情况下同样的VNET，您需要创建2个子网，然后尝试将每个NIC放在每个子网中。 

In your case in the same VNET, you need to create 2 subnets and then try to put each NIC in each subnets.
