I need to send mails from my vm using external mail server with port 465

I opened outbound port 465 in NSG as furnished below.

Hi,
您无需在NSG中创建显式出站规则以允许流量，默认情况下允许。
You don't need to create an explicit outbound rule in NSG to allow traffic, it is allowed by default.
