Could you please help me on below requests? 

1。有些用户显示在Outlook目录中但不在SharePoint中显示。我转到了用户个人资料应用，但没有在那里看到这些用户。 

1. There are some users showing up in outlook directory but not in SharePoint. I went to user profile app and don't see these users there.

2. I try to add one user to a group to give permission to a site. User name is not auto populating and giving No results found  in Invite people when try to do sharing. But I can find user in user profile app.
