In our SharePoint farm, one of the server showing some of the the patches  are missing/required 

when verified in central administration site ->Upgrade and Migration -> Check product and patch installation status 

When we are trying to install missing patch, configuration wizard throwing error.

Please help and suggest the right way to overcome this issue as our farm needs to be upgraded as soon as possible.

Looks like it is due to the SharePoint Security patches are not matching on all SharePoint Farm servers.

Please go to the server which has missing component issue, navigate to Control Panel-> Programs and features-> View Installed Update, compare SP security updates with other SP server, and then install the security patching which is missing.

After that, try to run SharePoint wizard again and see if it works.
