I just installed the Win 8 CP. Very nice improvements to everything. Great job everybody!

Somehow I've lost the ability for the SIP (on screen keyboard) to pop up when I touch an input/text box in any native app. Instead of a keyboard icon appearing next to the text box I get a little white dot that brings up the context menu when I tap it.

The SIP will show automatically in Metro app, and will pop up using the kbd icon in the taskbar.

I probably mucked up a setting inadvertently, so I've looked through the Control Panel settings for hours, but no luck. Any help would be great.

Here on the SS7 I never get the touch keyboard popping up on desktop apps, only on "Immersive" apps.
