Hey there, my colleague wants to be able to associate his Microsoft-Account with our Company as a developer account. Because I have my own account associated with our Company and obviously there can be just one account per Company, is there a way we could solve our issue?

No, you don't need to share the owner account for your company. If you need to add additional users in your Dev Center account, you can use Azure Active Directory to do this:
