Haven't dealt with Xbox but I can tell you that either the link you're checking out is wrong, or you're posting in the wrong forum.

The link you provided is about Kinect v1(Xbox 360), whereas this is the forum for Kinect v2(Xbox One+). Make sure to figure out which of the two versions you want to use, and that the links correspond to that sensor version's SDK.

It's easy to distinguish that, SDK 1.X refers to Kinect v1 and SDK 2.0 refers to Kinect v2.
