You can download the ISO here.

https://download.microsoft.com/download/9/D/8/9D810574-3EED-4831-91C0-D498FEFC490E/15063.0.170317-1834.rs2_release_amd64fre_IOTCORE_PACKAGES.iso

Please download the file, install the package, and you will find the ffu image in folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft IoT\FFU). And then you can install the image via IoT Dashboard,select Custom for OS build.
