A user don´t assign resources  to projects from PWA. When he select the Project the button Build Team is disabled. If he open the Scheduled page of the Project and select the Build Team function of PWA then appears the following error.  Could not load view.Press OK to reload this view with the default settings.Press Cancel to select another view.

I think  categories permissions are correct.  View Enterprose Resource Data, Edit Enterprise Resource Data, View Resource Assignments.
