Last Week i most installing my Desktop  again with Windows 10 Pro before my Desktop crashed the Kinect Working fine, but now after installing all Software  stand for Crash, i can not using Kinect  for Windows Hello

At first, just adding the registry key didn't work for me as well. What helped was uninstalling all* versions of Visual Studio. Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86 and x64) and then installing Visual Studio 2015** (with developer tools).

You may also try uninstall the Kinect driver and rebooting afterwards.

My current driver:
Kinect sensor devices: WDF KinectSensor Interface 0
Driver Date: 14.06.2016
Driver Version: 2.2.1606.14000

Previous was from 2014.
