We're still fine tuning the hardware requirements, and it is possible they will be lowered by our final release. On the CPU side the recommended configurations allow us to run at full framerate and leave significant power to use the data on a per frame basis without any framerates. Lower powered CPUs may cause the framerate to drop and will decrease the power the app has available to it.
