i could not able to see any windows boot up screens or splash screens during windows 7 bootup from Windows Embedded

I have builded my Answer file using the Evaluation Version of WES7 SDK. please confirm we need to purchase WES7 Toolkit product key to display Customized Boot screens or splash screen support of WES7 device?

Neither WES 7, WES 8 nor WEI 8.1 will support customized boot screens.  The last Embedded OS to support customized boot screens was WES 2009.  Under WES 7, 8 and WEI 8.1 the only options available are Branded and Unbranded Boot Environments.  Branded will show the regular Microsoft boot screens.  Unbranded will show only a black screen on boot up.
