Hi.
We have a number of HP t5740e thin clients that run Windows Embedded Standard 7. Most of the clients connect to a terminal server, so supporting the is no problems with Remote Assistance. But, sometimes we need to be abel to assist the user with a problem on the thin client directly, but I can't find any way to enable Remote Assistance on these clients. If you check on the "Remote" tab in the "Advanced system settings", the option to enable Remote Assistance is greyd out.
