I saw in an answer that "Each API subscription key can have up to 1000 persons". Is it the case for paid subscription as well?
If so, may it increase in near future?
Finally, will it work to have a couple of subscriptions, compare a photo against all of their persons and pick the one with the largest confidence rate?

As for the second part of the question, I do not believe the confidence score from two different sets of people are meant to be comparable.
