I'm unable to sign up for a Face API account.

I click on the "Sign Up" link on this page: projectoxford.ai/face

I go through the Azure login process, then invariably get a page saying "400 The server does not understand the request." (manage.windowsazure.com/Error/400; image attached). I have tried this with both a Dreamspark account, and a Microsoft sponsored full-access trial account.

Please advise.

Best I can tell this seems to be a limitation of non-paid Azure accounts.

When I signed up for a separate paid account, though it's marked "Trial" (I assume I'll start to be charged for it sometime in the future), I was able to find/add the Face and COmputer Vision APIs no problem.
