Hi all

I have used MSP before but not for years.  I have some long term tasks and i would like to allocate varying quantities of resource requirement each month on thse tasks - can i do this in MS Project 2013 or any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a good look online and so far found nothing.

Hi Tom,

I'd suggest to use the task usage or resource usage view. It allows you having an excel-like timephased grid (you can set the timescale -day, week, month, quarter, year- from the view tab) where you can manually enter the workload per time period and per assignments.
