When WEC7 loads it appears fine, and I can move the icon selection with no side effects. After a few seconds, all desktop icons that are marked(selected) are blacked (attached image), if I open My Device most of the icons there are blackened as well (control panel is loaded fine with a blackened shortcut icon - see the attached image). When I go back to the desktop - the background image is blackened too and if I open the Vplayer and close it - the background image gets some colors that resemble the vplayer.

Some icons remain colored for instance all the icons in the control panel and some videos in my external storage.

It looks to  me as performance issue possibly due to insufficient memory or display configuration.
