Ive installed (and re-installed) Visio Standard 2016 on a HP laptop but the software constantly crashes on launch.

I cant even launch the program in safe mode. There is nothing wrong with the install files as I have installed the software successfully on another machine.

Anyone have any ideas for a fix ?
