I have the full pro version given to me by Microsoft for a "play" event I attended. It includes the screen capture, but every time it wants me to go dig out the software and put in the digits, after it's shut off at 10 minutes. Is there a fix for this yet?

Unlikely you got the full Pro version. But either way, the 10 minute limit was removed from Encoder 4 SP2. Just upgrade and the limit will be gone.
